1. Your Travel Enquiry 

Make the most of our friendly personal service and ask us for advice and information during the planning process. We are locals who know our country. We can source quality, competitive travel options for your holiday in New Zealand. 

• Send us a request / enquiry using the Contact form indicating your preferences and entering any notes / special requests etc.
  
  
• We will send a number of suggestions for activities, accommodation, transport and tour items based on your preferences.

2. Make A Booking Direct

     Book direct as you browse our listings:

• Where you see a Book This button you can buy direct without waiting for confirmation from the Lets Go Team

     Plan, package and pay for your holiday with our Holiday Planner

• With the Holiday Planner you can plan and package selected accomodation with activities and rental vehicles. Simply add them to your itinerary and follow the step by step booking process to finalise your details and make payment. 

     Use our maps to browse and buy.

• Search for your accomodation by using our maps. Hover and click on the balloons to see more detail around your selection. Use the  Book Now buttons and follow the step by step booking process to finalise details and make payment.

3. Your Booking Confirmation & Deposit Process:

When you're happy with your itinerary and decide to go ahead we will send you a final itinerary confirming your acceptance.

We will hold reservations as provisional until you've paid a deposit as detailed in the confirmation (usually within 2 days). You can make payment via the following methods:

• Direct Through Our Booking Engines : Avaliable everywhere listings feature this option. 

• Credit Card: Use our Secure Card Page or phone us from outside New Zealand on +64 21 264 8584

• Bank Transfer or Personal Cheque:

      For Bank Transfer:

Please ask for our bank details - they will be provided to you at the time when we request payment.

      For Personal Cheques:

Please make payable to Lets Go New Zealand. For cheques please post 45 days prior to travel to allow for clearance.

3) Final Payment & Documentation Delivery:

Your trip is confirmed and you're ready to go when final payment has been made. Final payment can also be made by credit card or bank transfer. Once final payment is verified we will generate a final confirmation for you.

Travel vouchers (If applicable): All travel vouchers will be available for your collection. We will send these via courier to any business or private address in New Zealand (e.g. your accommodation, the campervan / motorhome depot where you are collecting your vehicle or any other address requested by you).
