The following general terms and conditions apply:
Terms
These trading terms shall be deemed to have been accepted in full by the
purchaser ('Client') of goods and services by the act of placing a request
and/or order for products and/or services from 'Lets Go New Zealand'.
Agreements and contracts
All agreements and contracts for the supply of products and services are
solely between 'Lets Go New Zealand' and the Client. All agreements
and contracts shall be subject solely to New Zealand law and the exclusive
jurisdiction of the New Zealand courts.
Liability
'Lets Go New Zealand' will not be liable for personal injury or property
damage resulting from acts, omissions or negligence whatsoever of Lets
Go New Zealand or any operator including, but not limited to, any liability
arising from delayed departure, missed carrier connections, substitutions
of accommodations or of common carrier equipment, termination of service,
changes in fares and rates, cancellation or double bookings of reservations
or tickets or the failure of any operator.
Force Majeure
Compensation will not be payable if we need to cancel or change your travel
arrangements in any way for reasons of war, threat of war, riot, civil
strife, industrial dispute, terrorist activity, natural or nuclear disaster,
fire, adverse weather conditions or other circumstances amounting to force
majeure.
Prices
All prices are displayed in New Zealand dollars and include New Zealand
Government Good and Services Tax (GST), currently 12.5%. Currency equivalent
amounts are provided for information purposes only. All prices shown are
an indication only and final prices will be confirmed to you in answer
to your inquiry. A charge of 1.9% will be added for all credit card transactions.
The amount charged to your credit card will be at the Bank exchange rate
on the day and 'Lets Go New Zealand' does not accept responsibility for
any change in prices or variation of services as shown due to exchange
rate fluctuations. All services and prices are subject to change without
notice, prices are valid for the dates indicated.

Reservations and Payment
Once you have placed a reservation we will process this and send you a
confirmation. This confirmation will detail the price, what is included
in the price, the deposit required and when final payment is due.
Your booking may be cancelled if the deposit or final payment is not received
by the due date.
Deposit
A deposit is required to confirm your travel, generally this is 25% of the total booking amount. However some bookings may require a larger deposit. Your confirmation
will tell you of the deposit required and when final payment is due.
Final Payment
Full payment is normally due 45 days before the first itinerary date.
However in some cases full payment is required earlier. Your confirmation
advice will tell you of the deposit required and when final payment is
due. Generally if the booking is made within 45 days of the first itinerary
date then full payment will normally be required immediately.
Changes & Amendments
We want you to be happy with your final travel arrangements. However,
changes to a finalised itinerary are time consuming and costly. We reserve
the right to charge in some circumstances for amending a finalised itinerary.
Cancellation
Many operators charge a cancellation fee. All cancellations prior to travelling
shall be notified by the Client to 'Lets Go New Zealand' immediately to
minimize any consequential costs. 'Lets Go New Zealand' shall have the
right to charge cancellation fees as advised on the booking confirmation.
In compensation for the time and costs incurred by Lets Go New Zealand
in making your booking(s) and cancellations
a non-refundable booking fee of $NZ20 will be incurred per booking.
Any cancellations made within 45 days of the travel date will incure a loss of the 25% deposit paid and any cancellations made within 21 days of the travel date will incur a 100% cancellation charge.
Unused products and services
No refund will be made for any unused products and services supplied.
Travel Insurance
It is extremely important that you take out Travel Insurance. It is essential
that this insurance covers you for involuntary cancellation of your holiday
including airfare(s).
Special Requests and Needs
Please advise any special needs and/or requests at the time of booking.
We will endeavour to meet special requests, but cannot guarantee that
they will be, nor will we be responsible if any are not met. If you have
any medical conditions or disabilities which may affect your travel arrangements,
we need to be advised at the time of booking. If we cannot accommodate
your needs/requirements, we will advise you at that time.
Passport & Visas
Please check with your travel agent or airline regarding current passport,
visa and vaccination requirements. Generally vaccination certificates
are not required for European, US or UK residents travelling directly
to New Zealand. All travellers will require a valid passport to enter
New Zealand. Visas for short term stays in NZ (i.e. less than 3 months)
are not generally required for US, British and most European passport
holders. Please check with your airline at time of booking as to the precise
requirements and procedures for obtaining passports or visas. (It is the
responsibility of the traveller to hold the above travel documents).
Air Travel & Airport Taxes
No International or Domestic air travel is included in the cost of any
of the itineraries (unless stated). Air travel can be arranged through
your travel agent. All prices exclude International and New Zealand departure
taxes, customs and immigration fees.
